Return & Refund Exceptions

We are unable to accept the return of or refund any item that contains logos, words, printed patterns or embroidered media. This includes (but is not limited to): apparel (shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, pants), mugs, notebooks, bags, printed art/posters, postcards, stickers, and phone cases. These products are created with a print-on-demand service, and once the item has been created, it cannot be reversed.
